Invoice Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers. 
  • Processing credit memos.  
  • Resolve billing errors that other staff or customers flag.
  • Preparing account statements for customers.   
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.   
  • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.   
  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.    
  • Assisting the management with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Work with other members of the financial department and project management department. 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.   
  • Knowledge of Office package (excel intermediate).
  • Advanced English language skills (French would be an advantage).
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Smart Bill would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.
