Project Management Department – Project Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth progress of the assigned projects by completing day to day tasks and by establishing good communication between the customer and technical team. 
  • Receives clients requests, creates quotations based upon fixed rate card, registers POs, delivers the projects and updates the internal trackers/database. 
  • Provide real-time scheduling support. 
  • Generate internal/external reports transcribe minutes from meetings. Create presentations.  
  • Demonstrate effective organizational skills and handling multiple tasks independently, and as part of a team. 
  • Coordinating and working with project team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Technical University degree.
  • Knowledge of Office package (excel intermediate).
  • Advanced English language skills (French would be an advantage).
  • Experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.
