Any dispute that arises will be resolved by understanding between the two parties (amicably). If the conflict has not been extinguished amicably, the competence belongs to the Romanian courts, from the jurisdiction of the registered office of Trust Engineering Group TEG SRL.
Trust Engineering Group TEG SRL is not responsible for damages, costs, lawsuits, claims, or expenses arising as a result of non-compliance by users with the “Terms and Conditions”.
